Announcement of New DSJ Editor

Decision Sciences Journal News



Earlier this year, Asoo Vakharia informed the Board of Directors of his intention to finish his term as Editor of Decision Sciences journal (DSJ) at the end of this year. The Board appointed Merrill Warkentin (VP of Publications) to Chair the Search Committee for a new Editor. The Search Committee reviewed the applications and provided a recommendation to the Board.

The Board has appointed Dr. Tom Stafford of the University of Memphis to serve as the Editor of DSJ from January 2015 through 2018. The transition is currently under way. More details about the journal’s future focus and structure will be published in the January 2015 Decision Line magazine.
