Chris Keller was an assistant professor of decision sciences at the Naval Postgraduate School and is currently enrolled at the University of Chicago Law School. He received his Ph.D. from Indiana University. Dr. Keller is a member of the Strategic Planning for International Affairs Committee of DSI and has taught courses in Argentina, Columbia, Ghana, Honduras, Hungary, El Salvador, Jordan, Lithuania, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Sri Lanka, Thailand.
