Meeting Information

The 2012 DSI Annual Meeting invites basic, applied, and case study research in the field of decision sciences, as well as proposals for panel discussion, symposia, workshops, and tutorials dealing with research or pedagogical issues. The conference will include invited sessions featuring highly respected researchers, educators, and practitioners to share their knowledge and experience on decision-making practices.

Call for Papers

We invite you to join us for the 2012 DSI Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California, to present your most recent research and teaching innovations and attend a number of miniconferences and consortia scheduled for the first day of the conference.

The conference will include invited sessions featuring highly respected researchers, educators, and practitioners to share their knowledge and experience on decision-making practices.

The conference will also feature the curricular issues miniconference, technology in the classroom miniconference, doctoral student consortium, faculty development programs, and various other activities.

Placement service for individuals seeking an academic position in areas related to the decision sciences will be offered at the annual meeting.

In recent years at the Annual Meeting the Decision Sciences Insititute has sponsored a luncheon on Sundays. The theme of the Sunday luncheon has varied to serve the program purposes - from networking with colleagues to recognizing and honoring the Fellows of the Institute.
