In addition to reaching an international community of scholars and practitioners, DSI sponsors subdivisions that promote and engage in activities and services in the following regions of the world: Asia-Pacific, Indian subcontinent, Mexico, Midwest U.S., Northeast U.S., Southeast U.S., Southwest U.S., Western U.S.
Each regional subdivision of the Institute has a constitution and bylaws that are consistent with those of the Institute. In addition, each region elects its own officers, holds annual meetings and sponsors special events. (Note: Regional members also hold membership in the Institute.)
A Regional Activities Committee consisting of all regional presidents and presidents-elect and vice-presidents, serves as a vehicle of communication and coordination between and among the regional subdivisions and with the Institute's Board of Directors.

Asia Pacific Decision Science Institute meeting will be held jointly with the International Conference on Operations and Supply Chain Management in Hong Kong and Guangzhou from July 25-30, 2010. The deadline for submitting the paper is March 30, 2010. The conference will include a two-three-day program in Hong Kong (July 25 to 27) and a three-day program in Guang Zhou (July 28-30). Programs will include plenary sessions with presentations by nine well known professors and five industry and government speakers. There will also be company visits and exchanges with executives from leading companies such as Li & Fung and IDS groups in Hong Kong and Galanz in Shunde, the worlds' largest microwave oven manufacturer. In addition to parallel academic presentation sessions, there will also be discussion forums for academic researchers, industry practitioners and government officials and invited sessions which will focus on different topics related to the theme of innovation and technology management and enterprise transformation in China.

Indian Subcontinent DSI Region
The Fourth Conference of the Indian Subcontinent Decision Sciences Institute will be held at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon (Suburb of New Delhi), India, December 28-31, 2010. This also includes a special one day conference/workshop on Design and Management of Services.Abstracts of papers are due by August 15, 2010, while full-length papers for presentation can be submitted by September 15, 2010.
