![]() DSI has a distinguished history of advancing and promoting innovative teaching and pedagogy in the decision sciences. The Instructional Innovation Award, now entering its 30th year, recognizes outstanding creative instructional approaches with a focus on college- or university-level teaching, either quantitative systems and/or behavioral methodology in its own right, or within or across functional/disciplinary areas such as finance, marketing, management information systems, operations, and human resources. The annual Curricular Issues Miniconference provides a forum for exchanging ideas and discussing curricular challenges and opportunities in degree-granting business institutions. Separate tracks explore issues of interest to those who design, run, and contribute to programs at the undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. levels. Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education is dedicated to the publication of significant research relevant to teaching and learning issues in the decision sciences. A peer-reviewed journal, it focuses on decision sciences at the union of the quantitative and behavioral approaches to managerial decision making, seeking to promote scholarship that encompasses all of the functional areas of business. |
